Position Summary

Trideum Corporation is seeking qualified candidates for a Facility supporting the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time position

What You’ll Do

• Prepares, executes, and manages JBSA MTC Pre-exercise setup of MTC to include: MTC recovery and reset to original configuration; set up and manage parking during exercises; set up workstations and work areas; and configures telecoms
• Briefs MTC users on facility management plans
• Performs workstation inspections following exercises
• Daily facility management
• Manages and maintains facility work orders
• Accounts for GFE
• Manages outdoor seasonal maintenance requirements
• Oversees custodial services
• Manages facility fire safety, OSHA, and HAZMAT compliance
• Reports facility deficiencies to Government representative
• Conducts MTC use AARs following training events
• Reports to the security manager and is responsible for leadership and guidance of the supply technician.
• Minimal travel required

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years' experience with directly related facility management
• US Citizen and active Secret clearance
