Position Summary

Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Cyber Team Lead supporting multiple programs in Huntsville, AL. This is a full-time position supporting the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC). This person will be responsible for leading all facets of cyber test support for DoD weapon systems.

Duties: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and supervise a cyber team in support of cyber testing of DoD aircraft, weapons systems, and tactical equipment; and the development of offensive and defensive capabilities used to support cyber testing for DoD weapon systems
  • Lead or support internal and external stakeholder engagements with Program Offices to position the RTC Cyber Team for continued growth
  • Work with external RTC customers to identify and resolve cyber test needs and gaps
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all matters related to Cyber T&E policies, requirements, and trends
  • Work with software engineering, instrumentation, system engineering, and integration team leads to develop cyber test plans, strategies, and rough orders of magnitude
  • Manage, schedule and oversee cyber test events, to include pre and post-test activities. This includes CTTs, CVPAs, AAs and other Cyber Test Events.
  • Attend Test and Evaluation Program Office meetings and report technical findings back to Cyber Team
  • Lead and support Cyber Working Group Program Office meetings
  • Engage with ATEC Cyber Evaluators on behalf of Program Offices to make recommendations and suggestions for Cyber Testing.
  • Stay abreast of DOD Cyber Guidance and Policy
  • Expand cyber team knowledge and capabilities through training and mentorship
  • Develop and deliver white papers, briefings, technical reports, and project deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) with 8+ years of relevant cyber assessment or test and evaluation experience
  • At least 2 years of Team lead experience
  • Familiarity with DoD Red/Blue Team methodologies and operations
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation Guidebook and how to apply it to developmental testing throughout the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle
  • IAT III Level Certification (CASP+ CE. CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate results from deeply technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • U.S. citizenship and an Active Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited school in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) with 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership
  • CTT Facilitator Certification
  • Architecture Vulnerability Assessment experience
  • Familiarity with the Redstone Test Center and major Redstone Arsenal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with DoD Contracting and Acquisition processes
  • High level of fluency in common Microsoft applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project
